Millions of spiritual seekers and unreached people around the world have never seen a Bible yet they are hungry for the Word of God. The demand for Bibles around the world is astronomical, but we are working to meet that need.
Rather than randomly distributing Bibles, BiblesinAction strategically places Scriptures, we achieve this through small group studies of God's Word, training Christians in evangelism and discipleship, and by partnering with local churches.
In any given year, BiblesinAction publishes Scriptures in more than 100 languages. Scores of printing companies on all the continents print these materials for BiblesinAction, producing thousands of distinct publications. In 2010, 2.4 million people completed Bible studies. There were 213,413 new Bible study groups, 255,348 people were trained to lead Bible studies, and 2,465 new churches were established.
